NBTD hiring part time/free lance Event Executive - Toa Payoh

Established since 2006, NBTD (Nothing Better To Do) had evolved into an advertising, events management and social network company. NBTD as an advertising and events company had successfully planned, managed and organised many events ranging like corporate networking functions, marketing campaigns and gaming events. Apart from events, we also specialised in advertising and have designed and produced many quality advertisements such as posters and banners, both physical and online. We strongly believe in innovativeness and creativity.

As a social network, we utilize a lifestyle forum (httpwww.nothingbettertodo.net/ ) which enables members to chat about anything under the sun. We attract members with common interest together to share about their life experiences, be it soccer watching, movie watching, tour visits, fashion trend, nightlife entertainment and many more!

Due to our expansion, we are in search of Part Time/Freelance Events Executives who are proactive, enthusiastic and committed.

Responsibilities:

- Conceptualization & planning of new event & programs
- Market the proposals to our clients
- Liaise & coordinate with our clients on related issues
- Prepare & execute the events accordingly to plan
- Review & improve on the proposals

Requirements:

- O levels and above
- 18 to 23 years of age
- Female working environment
- Student working environment
- With good communication & presentation skills
- With good organizing skills
- Self-motivated and results oriented driven individual
- Customer-orientated with a warm personality
- Presentable looking
