Field Support Engineer (Mutiple headcounts)
Responsibilities:
· Desktop support, Printing support, Servers support, VPN and SAP in SOE project.
· Provide helpdesk service to end-user, troubleshooting issues related to personal computers, applications, networks and IP phones
· Experience & knowledge of Win XP, Win Vista, MS Office, Network connectivity, printer mapping, etc
· Experience in desktop hardware troubleshooting and diagnosis
· Experience supporting end users for their daily PC usage problem
Requirements:
· Nitec / Diploma / Degree in Computer, Information Technology or equivalent
· Minimum 6 months of desktop support experience
· Must be Singaporean and Singapore PRs
· Permanent position
With AWS + VB (Depending on company’s performance)
