HR Executive / Officer (Recruitment)
SGD 2000 - 5000 + Commission & Bonus
Responsibilities:
•Implement proactive recruiting strategies & processes in alignment with Company’s goals
•Strategically partner with hiring managers to understand both the business & recruiting needs
•Participate in recruitment process (sourcing, screening & selection of ideal individuals)
•Utilize recruiting tools & systems to maintain and track candidates’ data
•Compile recruitment updates and reports
•Assist in ad hoc HR projects as required
Requirements:
•Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably recruitment agency operation
•GCE O/A, Diploma or Degree in any discipline (Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply)
•Well versed with Singapore Employment Act
•Preferably with Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) qualification
•Candidate should be self-motivated and results-oriented
•Good communication and interpersonal skills
•Singaporean or SPR only
